Arrival And Departure
Our weekly changeover days are usually Fridays and Mondays. You may enter the annexe from 4pm onwards. Please vacate the annexe by 10am leaving it clean and tidy. I recommend you bring small suitcases suitable for overhead baggage compartments in aeroplanes, they slot in neatly beside each bedside chest of drawers.

Keys
Before your arrival we will send you a 4 digit number. You can get into the cottage by entering this number into the keypad on the keysafe located in the porch. The black Front door of the cottage is always open.
To use the key pad:
Slide the black cover up to expose the numbers.
Type in your 4 digit code.
Push and hold the black button and open the door to the key safe.
Remove the key, open the door and replace the key. You will have two sets of keys to the annex which include your own front door keys.
Towels
Four bath towels are provided. Do however bring your own beach towels.
Do you offer parking?
We have an off site single car parking space just around the corner from our accommodation which is included in the price of your stay.

After turning into Pooles Court, take the left fork as you approach Lym Close. The designated parking space is at number 11, the grey house on the right, alongside the flower pots on the left.

Bins
There are several recycling bins in the courtyard opposite your garden door.
WiFi
WiFi is available and the code is inside the Welcome Folder.
Do you allow pets?
We are sorry to inform you that pets are not allowed to stay as we have two cats in residence, though they have no access to your annexe.
TV
TV with Freeview, Netflix, Prime and iPlayer.
It is easiest if we communicate through Freetobook.com please check your junk folder if you have missed communications.
